We are passionate about providing quality and long-term services for wheelchair users. We follow the eight steps of wheelchair provision as recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO). Just as people receive eyeglasses to meet their individual needs, wheelchair users also need to have a wheelchair that has been individually selected, fitted and customized for their personal circumstances. We take into account their age, size, health condition, disability, social and environmental conditions and where the wheelchair will be used. After evaluating, we choose the most appropriate chair available, fit and customize it, teach use, safety and maintenance, and provide ongoing follow up.
